Your Orbipay rate applies to the completed payment. On top of it sits the fee the local method's network charges — for example an iDEAL or a Pix transaction fee — which we pass straight through. Nothing is buried, and there is no markup on the local method fee.

The fine print, in plain terms
There is no upfront cost. Your per-transaction rate is calculated on each completed payment and totalled at the end of your billing period, with the local method fees listed line by line. On Launch there is no monthly minimum; on Growth and Scale, volume rates can replace the standard rate.
Enabling them does not. Presenting iDEAL, Bancontact, Pix, Alipay, BLIK, SPEI or OXXO is part of your plan. Each method does carry its own network fee, which we pass through at cost with no Orbipay margin, so you always see the real price of accepting it.
Shoppers pay in their local currency, but Orbipay never holds or settles your funds. You are paid in the settlement currencies you already use with your processor and bank. Orbipay controls only what the shopper sees at checkout, not where the money lands.
Launch is pay monthly and you can stop whenever you like. An annual commitment lowers your rate in exchange for a twelve-month term, and Scale agreements are tailored to your volume. You choose the trade-off between flexibility and a lower per-transaction rate.
When you refund a shopper, the Orbipay rate on that order is returned to you, so a reversed sale costs you nothing on our side. Local method network fees follow each network's own rules; whether they are refundable is shown per method in your dashboard.
